Annalaura Avanzi was admitted to the Bergamo Bar Association in 2006.

She has been collaborating with Quiriconi Law Firm since 2016.

She provides assistance and consultancy in the field of contracts and manages legal disputes before the Court.

She is an expert in Intellectual Property law and New technologies, with particular attention to the needs of protection and enhancement of Copyright and Art in the Digital environment.

She also advises in the fields of entertainment, advertising, photography, visual art, design, music and publishing.

She intervenes as a Speaker at conventions and conferences, including professional legal training, on the protection and preservation of Intellectual Property rights.

She has written numerous commentaries and notes to sentences published in the magazine “Rivista di Diritto Industriale”.

She is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and is an active member of Gruppo Italiano Diritto d’Autore.

Annalaura Avanzi has also assisted private parties, Public bodies and Institutions in matters relating to Administrative law before the competent offices of the Regional Administrative Courts.

She speaks Italian and English.
