Paolo Binaschi was born in Milan on 10 March 1969.
He graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1993.
He passed the Bar exam before the Court of Appeals in Milan in 1996 and was admitted to the Busto Arsizio Bar Association.
He has been part of Quiriconi Law Firm since 1998.
He has developed extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property, protecting the rights of authors and artists, in the music, cinema, entertainment and photography field, as well as image and personality rights.
He also advises in the field of Fashion law and Sports law.
He pleads cases before all levels of the Italian Courts, provides consultancy and extrajudicial assistance as well as drafts contracts in the publishing, sound recording and cinema sector.
He intervenes as a Speaker at conventions and conferences, also for professional training ends, and writes articles on Intellectual Property matters.
He speaks Italian and English.
